What is EWB?

Emotional Well-being – For me, is Clarity, understanding how you are feeling and why, which can lead to feeling calm and okay with whatever life throws at you. Because you’re a) Consciously aware of what, how and why b) Feel able to respond because you understand.

 

It's important to recognise emotional wellbeing doesn’t mean constant happiness, but rather the ability to cope and navigate life's emotions with a positive outlook. Which can really improve how you feel.

Google meaning - Having a positive emotional state, effectively managing a range of feelings (both good and bad). Coping with lifes stresses and finding meaning and purpose. Allowing you to function well, build strong relationships. Its about self awareness, resilience and taking care of yourself emotionally mentally and physically to navigate lifes ups and downs. AI says is the ability to navigate the full range of emotions in a constructive way, and maintain a sense of contentment, meaning, and purpose in life.

Rachael Clare is an Emotional Wellbeing Communication Specialist and Teacher,


Rachael has worked with celebrities, Olympic athletes, CEO s, but more importantly, anyone and everyone!


Rachaels work is to help anyone with a desire to understand themselves better, to live a truer, more genuine life, alleviating anxiety, stress and feeling low. Gaining clarity, improving self-worth, and gaining more self-confidence. Becoming more YOU. Becoming a happier you!

My life experience, combined with my training, has given me a unique insight into wellbeing. What's missing is emotional wellbeing, learning and understanding our feelings in a safe and gentle way with you being in control.

Emotional Care

What is emotional care? Have you ever taken the time to really consider and understand your needs? To value your needs? and what you truly want?

Life is so demanding of your time,  work - family -friends- commitments and our pets! As well as mental workload its all 100 miles an hour ALL of the time.​

​

When we are emotionally well we can handle life.

​

We should all have a tool kit for life, managing life situations, our feelings, and communication. We go to school to learn for our careers but what about ourselves? Our wellbeing.? It is a massive chunk of  information that we need to value to thrive.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of the universe. Your playing small does not serve the world.
